Job Description
1. Quotation Management
- Handle customer enquiries and prepare quotations accurately and timely.
2. Order Management
- Load customer orders in SAP system.
- Coordinate with Sales, Planning, and Logistics teams to ensure 100% On-Time Delivery (OTD).
3. Order Fulfilment
- Ensure timely and accurate order loading and delivery execution for local customers.
4. Project/Contract Management
- Manage specific projects or contracts, ensuring alignment with timelines and deliverables.
5. Post-Sales Support
- Provide after-sales assistance to customers, ensuring a smooth experience post-delivery.
6. Reporting
- Prepare and provide sales-related reports (daily/weekly/monthly) to the Commercial Team.
7. Sales Forecasting
- Support Business Units in preparing accurate sales forecasts.
8. Inventory Management
- Coordinate with Logistics to manage stock levels, including consignment stock control.
9. General Support
- Support customers and the Commercial Team in all sales-related matters and administrative tasks.
Job Specification
- Education: Minimum Diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: At least 1 year of relevant experience in sales support, order management, or a related field.
- Skills & Competencies:
- Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in documentation and information management.
- Ability to multitask and handle multiple priorities effectively.
- Excellent MS Office skills, particularly Excel; experience with SAP is a strong advantage.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Good project management, organizational and planning skills.
- Detail-oriented with effective time management abilities.
