JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
* Perform accounting data entry
* Prepare quotations, orders and invoices
* Assist in sales report compilation
* Assist in daily accounting activities
* Handle administrative tasks
* Answer to customers’ enquires
* Perform filing and other administrative duties
* Handle other ad-hoc assignments
JOB REQUIREMENTS
* Positive attitude, meticulous and flexible
* Willingness to learn and takes initiative
* Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level, or equivalent qualifications. Preferably Diploma holders
* Preferably with minimum 1 year related experience
* Computer literate
* Knows how to send and reply to emails and WhatsApp
* Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
* Bilingual (English & Mandarin)
* Salary to commensurate with experience
