Job Info:
Salary : Basic from $2600 - $3000 + Incentive + VB
Working Hours: Monday - Friday: 8:30am to 5:30 pm; Alternate Saturday: 8:30am - 12:30pm
Location: Changi South (Company Transport at Tanah Merah MRT)
Job Scope:
Represent the Company professionally as the front-line contact
Identify and address customers’ needs by offering technical advice
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, such as customers, contractors, and workshops
Prepare quotations, debit notes, credit notes, and raise work orders, material requisitions, and invoices
Recommend service contracts to customers
Coordinate job orders with workshops and contractors
Communicate with controllers and contractors regarding service/repair quality and pricing
Update customers on service/repair schedules and vehicle collection
Conduct basic investigations into customer complaints and propose solutions within guidelines
Collect payments
Perform additional duties as assigned by Supervisors
