As a Sales Executive, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and promoting our recruitment and staffing services. Key Responsibilities:



Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and client visits


Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients

Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets

Requirements:



Minimum 1 year experience in B2B sales, preferably in the recruitment, staffing, or HR services industry


Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team


Familiarity with CRM systems and sales performance metrics
