Our client, a Singapore subsidiary of a Nasdaq-listed engineering company headquartered in China, specializes in factory utility system integration and M&E installation projects. They are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Executive to support their site operations in Tampines.
What You’ll Do:
Provide administrative and coordination support for site-based engineering projects
Liaise with China HQ, subcontractors, and internal teams
Maintain and organize project records, technical drawings, and documentation
Handle expense claims, invoice checks, and payment submissions
Take meeting minutes and track follow-ups
Assist in staff onboarding and HR document processing
Manage procurement and office logistics at the site
Support occasional ad-hoc tasks and OT when necessary
What You Need:
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Good communication skills in English
Ability to communicate in Mandarin is a plus (to liaise with China HQ)
Detail-oriented, patient, responsible, and willing to learn
Able to work full-time at a site office
Basic knowledge of AutoCAD is a bonus (simple usage; training can be provided)
