Contract Duration: 6 Months (subjected to renewable and convertible to perm)

Interact with internal & external customers to answer customers queries related to Corporate Banking products.

Job Description:

• Maintaining a positive, empathetic, & professional attitude toward customers.

• Responding promptly to customer inquiries on general &transactional enquiries

• Communicating with customers through various channels.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to acknowledging & resolve customer queries & requests.

• Customer outreach to encourage the use of digital services.

• Consistently deliver high quality service to achieve total customer satisfaction & Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) without compromising risk & quality of service delivery

standards.

• Able to multi-task while speaking to customers & toggle between system application screens in a fast-paced environment.
