How do i turn this on?

  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

  7. Refresh the page.

Responsibilities:

Support the pre-onboarding process for all new hires
Ensure the effective maintenance of all appropriate records/relevant documents for data inception
Assist in updating contingent worker profiles and performing re-hire tasks in the HR system
Assist in work pass renewal/cancellation and application of SG residency processes
Update work passes/SG PR/ Citizenship status in HR System
Tabulate monthly data for submission to Finance for payment to MOM
Provide HR support to HR team (Staff welfare, manning of HR email account)
Ordering of baby hampers/get well basket/wreath as informed by HR team
Retrieve daily emails for common email account based on scheduled timetable
Any other tasks as assigned!

Requirements:


Prior HR experience preferred!
