Job Title: Purchasing & Operations Manager

Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Purchasing & Operations Manager to join our team. In this role, you will manage supplier coordination, stock tracking, invoicing, and various operational tasks to ensure the smooth running of our purchasing and logistics processes.

Key Responsibilities:


Review and process supplier invoices/statements.
Negotiate supplier rates and confirm shipments.
Verify and post supplier Purchase Orders (POs).
Process orders for perishables and other products.
Monitor stock levels and raise POs when needed.
Update shipment details and reconcile stock.
Enter supplier invoices for logistics and shipment charges.
Coordinate stock collection with third-party warehouse.
Match POs with supplier invoices in BC.
Handle customer price tenders and update pricing weekly.
Manage vehicle servicing, inspections, and driver-related tasks (airport passes, fines).
Prepare monthly Accounts Payable (AP) and vouchers for payment processing.


Requirements:


Min. Diploma in Business or equivalent
Min. 2 years of Purchasing Experience in F&B Industry
Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
Experience with supplier coordination, purchase orders, and invoicing.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Google Sheets) and experience with the Microsoft Dynamic Business Central
Accounting Knowledge will be an advantage
Good communication skills, especially for team coordination (via tools like Lark).
Ability to multitask and handle various operational tasks efficiently.
