Job Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated Picker & Packer Cum Customer Service team member to manage both customer interactions and warehouse operations. This role requires an early start to handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries, process orders, and assist with warehouse picking, packing, and inventory management.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service Duties:
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, and chats professionally.
Process orders, returns, and customer inquiries efficiently.
Provide product information, order tracking, and resolution for customer concerns.
Work closely with the logistics team to ensure timely deliveries.
Warehouse Support Duties:
Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipping.
Assist with stock counting, inventory updates, and restocking.
Coordinate with delivery teams to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements:
Ability to start work early in the morning to prepare orders.
Prior experience in customer service and/or warehouse operations is a plus.
Strong communication skills with a customer-focused attitude.
Ability to multitask between customer service and warehouse duties.
Physically able to handle warehouse tasks (lifting, packing, etc.).
IT savvy for order processing and inventory updates.
