JOB DESCRIPTION
Call Management
• Handling all telephone calls and messages in a timely and professional manner
• Screening / managing all general calls and direct them to the respective department
Visitor Management
• Attending to all guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Inquiring the name of the hosts and contact the hosts that their visitors have arrived
• Issuance and recording of visitor passes
Reception Area & Meeting Rooms
• Booking of meeting rooms, when required
• Schedule meetings, internally and externally, when required
Administrative Duties
• Coordinate, schedule for delivery of local and overseas courier services
• Inform respective personnel to collect mails by the end of the day
• Awareness of stationery & pantry storage
Requirements:
- We do have multiple openings, some may require a 5.5 day work week
- Prior experience as a Receptionist and Admin Assistant would be an advantage (administrative and clerical procedures)
- Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook
