Are you looking for an exciting opportunity in the fragrance industry? We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Assistant to join our warehouse operations team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting daily warehouse activities including receiving, storing, packing, and dispatching goods, as well as maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
Location : Woodlands
Working hours : Monday - Friday, 9am -6pm
Salary : 2.5k - 2.7k + AWS with Permanent Benefits
Key Responsibilities:
Receive, inspect, and verify incoming goods against delivery orders/invoices
Pick, pack, and prepare outgoing shipments accurately and in a timely manner
Assist in loading and unloading delivery trucks
Store goods in the appropriate locations and update inventory records
Perform regular stock checks and report any discrepancies
Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the warehouse area
Operate basic warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and barcode scanners
Ensure compliance with all warehouse safety policies and procedures
Support other departments (e.g., logistics, procurement) as needed
Requirements:
Minimum NITEC or equivalent qualification
Prior experience in warehouse operations is preferred but not mandatory
Basic computer literacy (e.g., for stock management systems) is an advantage
Good organizational and time management skills
Team player with a positive attitude
