Job description:
Convert provided leads into sales through effective telemarketing strategies
Address customer inquiries confidently and professionally
Communicate with customers via email to provide timely assistance and information
Consistently meet or exceed sales targets set by the business
Take ownership of business and regulatory compliance risks, and implement appropriate measures to mitigate them
Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, emerging threats, and new technologies to better manage risks and protect the company
Requirements:
Minimum qualification of GCE ‘O’ Level or Diploma equivalent.
Prior experience in telemarketing, sales, or the financial services sector is preferred.
Possession of an Insurance Certificate in General Insurance (BCP, PGI, HI) is a plus.
