Job Responsibilities :
Customer Service & Engagement:
Foster a warm, inclusive atmosphere for guests.
Ensure customer satisfaction and handle feedback professionally.
Engage with guests to understand their preferences and create memorable experiences.
Outlet Operations Management:
Oversee daily restaurant operations for smooth functioning.
Maintain cleanliness, food quality, and ambiance.
Manage inventory and coordinate timely supplier replenishment.
Team Leadership:
Recruit, train, and motivate a high-performing team.
Provide coaching, recognition, and support.
Conduct regular team briefings to align on goals and ensure excellent service.
Back-of-House (BOH) Support:
Collaborate with the kitchen team for efficient food preparation and service.
Address kitchen workflow, inventory, and food quality challenges.
Ensure food safety and hygiene standards compliance.
Financial Performance:
Manage outlet P&L, analyze revenue, costs, and profitability.
Develop strategies to drive revenue growth and cost efficiency.
Identify opportunities for improvement through sales report analysis.
Compliance:
Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations, company policies, and operational standards.
Job Requirements :
At least 5 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role.
Strong understanding of customer service principles.
Proficient in managing outlet P&L and driving profitability.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Passion for creating a welcoming and inclusive environment.
Curious, proactive approach to problem-solving and improvement.
Familiarity with inventory management and operational software ( a plus )
