Our client, a dynamic and growing gym, is seeking an Admin Executive to manage daily operations, support marketing initiatives, and provide administrative support. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.
Job responsibilities
Manage daily gym operations to ensure smooth member and staff experiences.
Oversee front desk and customer service teams, including scheduling, training, and performance management.
Monitor CCTV and respond promptly to emergencies to ensure member safety.
Maintain and update membership and payment systems.
Coordinate client appointments, class attendance, and scheduling.
Schedule coaching sessions and coordinate monthly class schedules with coaches.
Handle inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally and promptly.
Recommend appropriate membership packages and services based on clients' needs.
Prepare and maintain daily and monthly operational reports.
Handle general administrative duties including filing, document preparation, and office coordination.
Requirements
Prior experience in administration, front desk, or a related role.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Able to start work immediately
Working Hours: 5.5 days per week
Full day: 11:00 AM - 8:00 PM (1-hour lunch break)
Half day: 11:00 AM - 3:00 PM
Salary & Benefits
Probation period salary: $2,800/month
Salary will be adjusted after confirmation based on performance
Attendance allowance
14 days annual leave
