The Role
Position Summary
The incumbent will perform general duties of a Civil Production/manufacturing engineer, work closely with drafting and QS departments as well as government agencies in ensuring production of high quality precast components in a safe working environment
Responsibilities
• Manage a team of workers in manufacturing of precast pieces. Ensuring that schedule and Planning and arrangement of staff, manpower, material and machinery.
• Selection of material, supplier and sub-contractor with approval from GM.
• Control of production cost, quality and occupational health and safety
• Work together to resolve issues with main contractor.
• Assign work and responsibility to workers
• Maintenance and housekeeping of Factory Building including machine & equipment, dormitory, production site, storage site if any, conforming to Building and MOM requirement.
