Job Scope
Coordinate closely with warehouse teams, sales, vendors, and shipping partners to ensure smooth operations.
Monitor and manage inventory flow, including planning for high-demand items and identifying aging stock.
Maintain accurate stock records and update reports regularly.
Check incoming and outgoing goods for accuracy against delivery documents.
Investigate stock issues and discrepancies through regular cycle counts and audits.
Handle stock allocation, adjustments, and disposal documentation.
Manage stock transfers from third-party warehouses while maintaining optimal inventory levels.
Organize and file inventory-related records such as returns, transfers, and stock counts.
