Responsibilities:

Responsible for daily operations of the information counter, attend to customer enquiries, and assist with the shopping mall’s promotions and redemptions.
Handle face-to-face and phone calls feedback.
Raise work orders whenever tenants request technical assistance.
Handle daily redemption and settlement of Marina Square Gift Voucher (MSGV) for credit card reward program.
Perform mall gift voucher sales transactions and responsible for reconciliation of daily sales takings.

Requirements:

Minimum ‘N’ / ‘O’ / ‘A’ / Diploma level holder.
1 year experience in frontline customer service or hospitality industry preferred.
Good oral and written communications skills.
Passion for customer service and possess good customer handling skills.
Friendly and has a nice personality.
Able to work shifts, weekends, and Public Holidays.
