Overview:
Minimum of 1 year commitment
Required to work on weekend and public holidays (5 days work week, Tuesdays to Saturdays)
Work from office
Probation of 3 to 6 months
Role may include overseas business trips
Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor the marketing team, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness
- Lead multi-channel campaigns, including digital, social media, and content marketing
- Analyze market trends and consumer insights to drive growth
- Maintain a strong brand identity and ensure consistency across all marketing materials
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business goals
- Manage budgets and measure campaign effectiveness
What we require:
- A degree or diploma in Marketing, communications or any similar fields is preferred
- At least 2 years of experience in marketing, preferably in fashion. Experience in leadership or managerial roles is a plus.
- A good eye for design and branding
- Ability to develop and implement marketing strategies that align with business objectives and drive growth.
- Strong knowledge of SEO, Google Ads, paid social media campaigns, email marketing, and content marketing. Experience with marketing automation tools is a bonus.
- Experience in managing marketing campaigns, coordinating cross-functional teams, and meeting deadlines efficiently.
- Ability to craft compelling messaging, collaborate effectively with teams, and present marketing strategies to stakeholders.
- Familiarity with content creation, influencer partnerships, and community engagement across digital platforms.
- Ability to allocate and track marketing budgets effectively to maximize ROI.
- A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and stays updated with the latest marketing trends and technologies.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $3,800.00 - $5,400.00 per month
