Job Summary
  • This role is responsible for leading research on industry sectors and customer segments, contributing to marketing strategies, and driving best practices adoption. The role oversees messaging delivery and marketing support activities while also monitoring competitors and analyzing campaign performance. Additionally, the role handles complex problem-solving, leads moderate to high complexity projects, and contributes to operational and strategic plans.

Responsibilities
  • Leads research on assigned industry sectors, analyzes market requirements, and translates into current offerings.
  • Contributes to the development and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies and plans that align with the company's overall objectives.
  • Drives identification and adoption of industry or customer segment marketing best practices.
  • Monitors delivery of messaging and content against pre-established framework.
  • Oversees marketing support activities like CRM update, accrual management, collateral fulfillment etc. as required.
  • Leads monitoring and reporting of competitors' marketing activities within assigned industry sectors or customer segments.
  • Develops closed-loop post-analysis for assigned programs and recommends indicated actions to manager.
  • Leads analysis of marketing data and metrics to track the performance of campaigns and recommends areas for improvement.
  • Solves difficult and complex problems with a fresh perspective, demonstrating good judgment in selecting creative solutions and managing projects independently.
  • Leads moderate to high complexity projects, delivering professionally written reports, and supports the realization of operational and strategic plans.

Education & Experience Recommended
  • Four-year or Graduate Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
  • Typically has 4-7 years of work experience, preferably in Industry, sales and/or channel, or a related field or an advanced degree with 3-5 years of work experience.
