We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Procurement Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for evaluating suppliers, analyzing purchasing trends, and optimizing procurement strategies to drive cost efficiency and operational excellence. Additionally, this role will oversee the implementation of a barcode system and establish quality control (QC) checks to ensure product standards are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze purchasing data, product quality, market trends, and supplier performance to support procurement decisions.
  • Ensure procurement processes comply with company policies and industry standards.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with relevant departments to optimize supply chain efficiency.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost reduction in procurement operations.
  • Generate reports and provide insights to management for strategic planning.
  • Heading the implementation of a barcode system to enhance inventory tracking and procurement efficiency.
  • Conduct quality control (QC) checks on products to ensure compliance with company standards.

Requirements:

  • Local Bachelor's degree.
  • 0-1 year of experience in procurement or supply chain role.
  • Strong numerical skills with the ability to analyze and interpret data effectively.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of procurement best practices and market trends.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
