  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  • 2-3 years of relevant work experience required for this role
  • Expected salary: $2,600 - $3,500 per month

Key Responsibilities:

  • Invoice Processing: - Review and verify incoming invoices, ensuring they match POs or contracts. - Process invoices in the accounting system accurately and on time.

  • Payment Management: - Prepare and schedule payments to suppliers, subcontractors, and creditors. - Ensure payments are timely and recorded correctly in the system.

  • Vendor Relations: - Maintain positive relationships with suppliers and subcontractors. - Address payment inquiries and resolve discrepancies.

  • Reconciliation & Reporting: - Reconcile accounts payable ledger with the general ledger. - Prepare monthly accounts payable reports for management.

  • Compliance & Documentation: - Ensure adherence to company policies and accounting standards. - Maintain organized records for audits and reporting.

  • Cost Tracking: - Assist in tracking project costs and ensuring proper allocation.

  • Month-End/Year-End Support: - Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Education: - Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

  • Experience: - Minimum 2-3 years of experience in accounts payable, preferably in the construction or project-based industry.

  • Skills: - Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices. - Proficiency in accounting software QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel. - Attention to detail with excellent organizational skills. - Good communication skills to liaise with suppliers, contractors, and internal teams.

  • Personal Attributes: Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Problem-solving skills and proactive attitude. Strong ethical standards and integrity.
