Job Description:
Basic inside sales administrative and office work
- printing
- letterboxing (folding of mailers and similar material)
- flyer insertion at office buildings
- posting items at the building mailboxes, mailbox or post office
- other administrative work
- handle documents
- filing
Requirements and skillsets
- At least 6 months to 1 year experience in a similar office work experience or office environment
- Good familiarity with Google Docs, Google Sheets, MS Word, MS Excel, standard email and software apps. and printer
- Basic Win 10/11 and smartphone skills
- Basic email protocol
Hours
- Flexible: 3-10 hours per week (ad hoc)
