  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  • Expected salary: $2,500 - $3,500 per month
  • This role is an urgent hire

Job Scope

  • Doing up of renewal quotations

  • Provision of support to Account and Sales Managers in the sales orders process including doing up of new quotations

  • Handle order management, end-to-end processing, and coordination of sales orders.

  • Collaborate closely with internal teams and external parties such as vendors to ensure seamless delivery of solutions and services to ensure customer expectations are met and are completed on time and within budget.

  • Process and maintain accurate records in CRM system of all sales orders, including but not limited to order confirmations, delivery documents.

  • Ensure all order processing activities comply with company policies and industry regulations.

  • Perform other duties as assigned by management

Requirements

  • Diploma / Degree or equivalent

  • Minimum 1 year of inside sales experience

  • Highly motivated and driven with excellent administrative and communication skills

  • Experience in using Salesforce CRM is a plus
