Job Summary:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-oriented Sales Associate to join our retail team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service, sales oriented and contribute to a positive wedding experience for our clients.
Job Description:
1.Receive customers who come to the store and provide professional wedding package suggestions for the newlyweds;
2. Recommend suitable wedding dresses and accessories according to customer needs to promote sales;
3. Maintain a clean and organized sales floor including but limited to the of wedding & evening dresses and related products
4. Follow up customers' needs for trying on and modification to ensure service standards
5. Assist in promoting in-store activities to enhance brand influence
6. Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
7. Collaborate with team leads to achieve sales targets and store goals
Job Requirements:
1. Presentable with Good image and temperament, strong communication skills, and affinity.
2. Hardworking, passionate about the wedding industry
3. Ability to multi-task
4. Those with sales experience are preferred, and those who are familiar with wedding industry will be an added bonus
5. Have a team spirit, strong sense of responsibility, and can withstand a certain amount of work pressure;
6. Familiar with wedding dress matching and fashion trends will be a plus.
7 Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and public holidays
8.Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
