  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

Job scope:


Perform enquiry duties at PLRD Service Counter during peak periods.
Handle and process Service Replies (SRs) related to SID’s applications, licences, Security Officer’s training competencies and refresher quiz.
Process Service Replies (SRs) relates to Personal, MHA and MP appeals.
Respond to email related to submission of relevant supporting documents required for the applications by applicants.
Respond to phone enquiries (SID’s dedicated hotline).
Track and monitor SID’s SRs & Appeals status.
Ensure the Service Standards for SRs and Appeals are met.
When required, contact applicants for more information regarding licence applications.
Advise applicants on submission requirements and procedures.
Complete any other assigned duties as directed by the Supervisor.
