Key Responsibilities:
1. Invoice Tracking & Accounts Receivable
Generate & Monitor Invoices: Create and track client invoices for our recruitment services.
Manage Receivables: Keep an eye on accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding payments.
Record Maintenance: Ensure all financial transactions are accurately recorded.
Client Support: Address client inquiries related to invoices and payments promptly.
2. General Administrative Support
Team Assistance: Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Operations team.
Organizational Tasks: Maintain organized filing systems and databases.
Ad-Hoc Projects: Assist with various projects and tasks as needed.
3. Recruitment Project Management Support
Coordination: Assist in scheduling interviews and managing candidate communications.
Documentation: Prepare and distribute recruitment-related documents and reports.
Onboarding Support: Aid in onboarding procedures for placed candidates.
ATS Management: Maintain accurate information in the applicant tracking system.
Requirements:
Experience: Previous experience in administrative or accounts receivable roles is advantageous.
Skills: Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with accounting software.
Attributes: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.
