  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Market personal line products to existing banking customers through outbound efforts and provide exceptional service for inbound sales inquiries

Working location: Raffles Place, SG
Working hours: Mon-Fri, 9am-6pm
Interview mode: F2F (1 round) in KL, 23 Apr (9am-6pm)



Job description:
- Achieve sales target KPIs, call quality and operational standards;
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling;
- Handle and follow up with customer enquiries with confidence;
- Convert leads provided by the bank to sales through telemarketing activities;
- Ensure calls are conducted with full adherence to regulations and in line with Quality Assurance standards;
- Liaise with internal departments on policy fulfillment;



Requirements:
- Relevant insurance certifications such as BCP, PGI and HI will be preferred
- Confident communicator with excellent verbal and written skills
- Comfortable with outbound calls and stakeholder interactions
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills
- Patient and resilient to handle rejection and objections
