Responsibilities:
• Evaluate citizen proposals submitted, assessing feasibility, resources required, and matching citizens with relevant agencies and resources.
• Serve as a key liaison and work in tandem with both citizens and government agencies, facilitating effective communication and collaboration to bring citizen ground-up partnerships to life.
• Guide citizens through the project development journey, providing necessary support and resources
• Monitor proposal progress and prepare project updates
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with citizen and community partners and government stakeholders
Requirements:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with demonstrated ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders, including citizens, community organisations, and government agencies
Good analytical and problem-solving capabilities, particularly in evaluating proposals and identifying partnership opportunities
Good project management skills with ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Good written and verbal communication skills with ability to prepare clear reports and updates
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
