Are you an organized and detail-oriented individual who enjoys supporting operations behind the scenes? Join our vibrant catering team as an Admin Executive and play a vital role in ensuring our daily operations run smoothly!
Key Responsibilities:
Provide general administrative support to the Office, Kitchen & Operations team
Coordinate and follow through on equipment repair and servicing with vendors
Manage petty cash and handle claims and reimbursements accurately
Maintain proper records of kitchen and office inventory
Assist in procurement and office supplies ordering
Support in food labeling and packing documentation when needed
Manage company vehicle servicing & Insurance Matter
Assist with basic HR tasks, including: New Staffs Onboarding, Staff attendance tracking, Leave records management & Preparing simple HR letters and documents
Perform other ad-hoc administrative duties as assigned
Requirements:
Min. GCE O-Level or relevant qualification
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word)
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Able to work independently and follow up on tasks
Prior experience in F&B or catering industry is a plus
