Role and Responsibilities
- Always keep the warehouse clean, organized, and following safety guidelines and protocols.
- Able to operate Forklift, Reach Truck and VNA Truck safely and efficiently.
- Perform receive incoming shipments of goods, verify their accuracy against Put-away Document(PAD), and inspect for damages.
- Perform unload incoming raw materials with standard practice and ensure labels are accurately affixed.
- Perform pre-loading inspection for all FCL, LCL, and Local Malaysia shipment to ensure outer appearance of FG was intact, container no. and seal no was tally and condition of container was seaworthy to loading.
- Perform picking and packing orders for shipment, ensuring goods are accurately pulled and packaged for delivery.
- Perform put-away raw materials and finished goods by following standard practice such as physical location and quantity must tally with system.
- Able to liaise with production and issue Raw Material to support on time based on a MO picking list.
- Perform routine stock checks and assist in conducting periodic physical inventory counts.
- To ensure proper documents have been received and understood the work content in order before performing warehouse daily activities.
- Always follow the safety procedures to maintain a hazard-free and compliant warehouse
Job Requirements :
-Min Secondary 4 / GCE ‘N’ or ‘O’ / Nitec or equivalent.
-Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is a plus.
-Familiarity with warehouse Material Handling Equipment (MHE). Must possess valid Singapore forklift license
- Effective communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
- Willingness to follow safety guidelines and procedures
- Basic computer skill for daily activities verification.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling products and inventory.
