As the Warehouse Assistant, is responsible to carry out daily warehouse tasks in a safe, effective and efficient manner. The main tasks include Fork Lift Truck operations, manual cargo handling and packing, and electronic transaction of inventory movement. You will be based at Pioneer, Singapore and will be reporting to the Assistant Manager, Logistic.

Sounds interesting? In this exciting role you also will be responsible in:


Comply with safety rules, safe work instructions and standard operating procedures.
Handle inbound and outbound activities as assigned.
Unload, validate and receive goods
Validate, pack, issue and load goods

Put away goods to designated storage / application areas.
Pick goods for shipments or production consumption based on the pick list or instructions.
Receive, prepare and pack goods for shipment according to the customer’s defined requirements.
Operate, inspect and maintain daily on the assigned MHE.
Perform necessary housekeeping to maintain a safe, clean, neat and orderly work area.
Participate in continuous improvement projects.
Quality System Compliance
Maintain and support all site activities according to accreditation standards in the scope of the QMS [ISO 9001, Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP), Halal & Roundtable on Sustainable Palm Oil (RSPO)]




Requirements:

Able to work in warehouse, non aircon environment.
Knowledge of work instruction under the ISO9000 quality system.
Basic Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
Able to perform as a team player with good working attitude
Able to handle heavy physical work
Must possess a valid forklift license.
Familiar with standard warehouse work processes.
Knowledge of Warehouse Management System.
Others: This is a 6-month contract rile located in Pioneer.
Company is a Switzerland MNC dealing with Flavor & Fragrance R&D and Mfg.
Work hours: 8.30am to 5.30pm / Mon-Fri
