Collaborate with internal teams, including product and customer service, to ensure smooth onboarding and a positive experience for new customers.
What we're looking for
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in an account management or key accounts role
Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients
Proven track record of successfully managing and growing key accounts
Proven track record of successfully growing new opportunities and customer base
Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills, with the ability to find creative solutions to client challenges
Strong commercial acumen and financial literacy to understand the impact of your actions on the bottom line
