Lead the development of compelling sales collaterals and marketing assets: Develop high-impact sales collateral materials, presentations, and digital assets tailored to various customer segments and sales channels, ensuring alignment with brand messaging, value propositions, and customer success objectives.
Drive digital media engagement and brand visibility: Lead digital media management efforts by developing and executing dynamic content strategies, monitoring online presence and customer interactions. Utilize platforms such as WhatsApp, LinkedIn, and others to establish a strong online presence, including engaging article posts, improved features to enhance brand awareness and customer engagement
Conduct rigorous market analysis and performance reviews: Utilize advanced analytical tools and methodologies to conduct thorough market assessments, analyze consumer behavior trends, evaluate competitive landscapes, and identify key growth opportunities, presenting actionable insights to senior management.
