Job Responsibilities:
Provide professional consultation for TCM Consultation/Perinatal service and TCM aesthetic Body/Face/Head spa services and packages according to the standards and methods set by the Company.
Ensure client comfort and satisfaction throughout their therapy experience.
Promote personalised and suitable Perinatal treatments and relevant products to customers.
To meet and achieve sales targets as set by Management and maximise sales opportunities. Follow up on sales enquiries.
To build rapport with customers to deliver high level of customer satisfaction, growth and retention through passionate interaction with customers.
Responsible for handling client problems and complaints as professionally as possible or refer to the management committee for discussion.
To attend to all work-related training sessions provided / organised by the Company.
To prepare and submit weekly and monthly paperwork to Management in timely and accurate manner.
Handle basic front desk duties.
Manage scheduling of appointments.
Any other ad-hoc duties assigned.

Able to work in a fast-paced retail environment is desirable.

Past experience in clinical/spa/beauty industry is an added advantage.
Able to work on weekends and public holiday, shift work.
