In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support to staff, ensuring all audiovisual (AV) and information and communication technology (ICT) systems run smoothly. Key duties include troubleshooting hardware/software issues, maintaining AV equipments, and supporting the installation and upgrading of ICT systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide technical support for AV/ICT equipment, including projectors, interactive boards, and sound systems.

Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues

Support the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software.

Maintain network connectivity and security.

Requirements:
