Location: Changi Airport (Fully Air-conditioned)
1 Year service contract (2 months of probation)
Between $12 - $15/hr (Midnight Allowance inclusive)
Shift Timing: 0700 - 1500 / 1500 - 2300 / 2300 - 0700
Job Scope
Observe airport operations across the terminals and input relevant data into a tablet (iPad)
Approach passengers to obtain feedback on their satisfaction (no more than 5 questions)
Job requirements and expectations
Education level: GCE "N'' Level and above preferably
Proficient in the use of iPad/Android tablet
Adhere to work schedules and submit feedback and updates to the supervisors on a timely manner
Past experience in market research, survey interviewing and customer service would be beneficial
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Selected candidates will need to undergo 1 day of paid training
Physically fit and comfortable with walking and standing throughout work hours (with short breaks in between)
Able to commit at least 6 weekend days in a month
