Senior/ Occupational Therapist
Responsibilities
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop rehabilitation plans that support clients in restoring or maintaining daily living skills at home and in the community.
Supervise rehab assistants, ensuring quality services and clinical support.
Manage team progress, recommend development, and contribute to clinical projects.
Organise staff coverage and assist with caseload management.
Identify challenges, propose solutions, and implement improvements.
Perform additional duties as assigned.
Requirements
Bachelor’s in Occupational Therapy
Fully registered Occupational Therapist with Allied Health Professions Council (AHPC), holding a valid practising certificate
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
Experience in community/eldercare settings is advantageous
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Passionate about caring for frail seniors
Senior/ Physiotherapist
Responsibilities
Conduct client assessments at admission and periodic condition reviews.
Maintain accurate records of assessments and care plan implementation.
Conduct regular case discussions with the multi-disciplinary team.
Oversee and coordinate community outreach and therapeutic programmes for clients.
Coordinate, implement and monitor clinical and service quality indicators for continuous improvement.
Assist in collecting and maintaining statistical data for regular reports.
Ensure high client engagement and service standards to sustain business volume.
