  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.

  5. Click JavaScript.

Are you passionate about providing excellent patient care and looking for a stable career in the healthcare industry? We are seeking a dedicated Patient Service Associate (PSA) to join our team!

Highlights

  • Competitive Salary (Based on experience)

  • Annual Leave: 18 Days (up to 23 Days)
  • Weekdays: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
  • Saturdays: 9:00 AM – 1:30 PM (1 Saturday off after every 2 working Saturdays)

The Challenges

  • Schedule and coordinate patient appointments efficiently
  • Manage front desk duties, including patient registration and enquiries
  • Handle email and phone enquiries professionally
  • Submit insurance claims via portal
  • Dispense medication as per clinic guidelines

What it Takes

  • Singaporean only
  • Fluent in English & Mandarin (to liaise with Mandarin-speaking patients)
  • Willing to travel between two locations based on the roster
  • Prior experience in healthcare or front desk roles is an advantage
