Purpose & Scope
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Manager/Manager, to support Group Tax Team in the implementation, monitoring, and reporting of BEPS 2.0 requirements across multiple jurisdictions. This role will be supporting:
I. tracking of BEPS legislative developments and perform impact analysis,
II. BEPS compliance and reporting obligations,
III. documentation of BEPS processes and controls

Key Roles and Responsibilities
  • Assist in implementing BEPS 2.0 compliance policies and ensuring alignment with reporting requirements across jurisdictions.
  • Monitor and analyze BEPS 2.0 regulatory developments, providing timely updates to internal stakeholders as assigned.
  • Support BEPS 2.0 compliance and reporting processes, ensuring data accuracy and timely submissions, with support from external tax advisors.
  • Support BEPS tax provisioning by leveraging tax reporting tools.
  • Act as a key liaison for country tax teams as assigned, addressing BEPS 2.0-related queries and assisting in resolving reporting challenges.
  • Support process improvements to enhance BEPS 2.0 compliance and reporting workflows, including maintaining tax compliance documentation and conducting internal training sessions.

Qualifications, Skills & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, or a related field.
  • 5 to 7+ years of experience in corporate income tax compliance and/ or international taxation.
  • Experience with OECD BEPS 2.0, Pillar Two rules, global/regional tax exposure, transfer pricing, and/or country-by-country reporting (CbCR) is an advantage.
  • Experience with tax reporting tools is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex tax regulations.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, evolving regulatory environment.
  • Experience in a multinational corporate tax function or a Big 4 firm.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and tax reporting systems.
