  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  5. Click JavaScript.

Part-Time Retail Sales Executive (8 May - 26 May)

Location: ION Orchard
Dates: 8 May 2025 - 26 May 2025

Shifts Available:

  • First Shift: 10:00 AM - 3:30 PM (5.5 hours)
  • Second Shift: 3:30 PM - 9:30 PM (6 hours)

Pay:

  • Mon-Fri: $15/hour
  • Sat-Sun: $20/hour

Primary Responsibilities

Operations

  • Support daily business operations of the retail store. (eg: cashiering function, house-keeping)
  • Ensure the store's presentation aligns with the brand's standards and visual guidelines.
  • Monitor and restock inventory levels to ensure product availability.
  • Operate the POS system accurately and handle various payment methods.

Customer Service

  • Provide top-notch customer service to ensure a pleasant and enjoyable shopping experience.
  • Address and resolve customer inquiries and concerns promptly and appropriately.
  • Process returns and exchanges in accordance with company policies.

Other duties

  • Perform any other ad hoc duties that may be assigned from time to time (eg: Stocktake exercises)

Requirements

  • Passionate about the beauty retail industry & customer interaction
  • Experience in working within the retail environment (Beauty retail is a plus, no experience is welcome to apply)
  • Must be a positive team player who desires to contribute
  • Self motivated, open-minded, proactive with high integrity level
  • Customer-focused with strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong adaptability skills in a fast paced environment
  • Possesses problem-solving and planning skills
  • Able to work shifts / weekends & public holidays
  • Able to start in May 2025

Job Types: Part-time, Temporary
Contract length: 3 weeks

Pay: $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 5 – 6 per week
