  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Project Coordinator (Renovations Projects - Landed / Condo / HDB)

We are looking for a responsible and passionate individual to coordinate projects for residential renovation works.

Roles & Responsibilities - Project Coordination & Site Supervision

• Overall project planning and daily management of renovation works

• Arranging and scheduling all respective different trades involve to ensure site smooth coordination

• Coordinate with internal in-house team and external team

• Building good rapport and providing excellent customer service to existing and new clients

• Recommending appropriate solutions, services and ideas based on clients needs, budget and requests

• Project management from conception to execution to completion

Requirements:

• Must have previous experience in managing interior renovation works with proven experience in handover of residential renovation projects (condo/hdb/landed)

• Minimum 2-3 years experience preferred

• Candidates with N level, O level, higher NITEC, Diploma all welcome

• Knowledge in AutoCAD, sketchup and Photoshop is preferred

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously

• Problem-solving skills and the ability to work well under pressure

• Willing to go the extra mile

• Independent, energetic and presentable
