Job Summary:
We are looking for a Facilities Maintenance Technician to handle ACMV systems, building infrastructure, and services in a GMP/GHP environment. Key responsibilities include scheduling and performing maintenance, conducting daily inspections, troubleshooting systems (including PLC), supervising contractors, and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards. The role also involves record-keeping and handling ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

Key Requirements:
-Min. Nitec in electrical, mechatronics, civil industrial or related professional certificate on related skill.
-Min. 3 years of working experience in the food & beverage or manufacturing industry is required for this position.
-Preferred hands on working experience in utilities and facilities maintenance.
