  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Working Hours: 5 Days work week (Including weekends & PH)
6.30am - 3.30pm / 8am - 5pm / 1.30pm - 10.30pm (Depending on roster)

Job Summary:
We are looking for a Building Maintenance Technician to handle maintenance, repairs, and inspections of M&E systems, including cooling towers and chillers. Responsibilities include supervising contractors, addressing fault reports and customer requests, maintaining accurate logs, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.

Key Requirements:
-Min. 2 years of relevant experience in building or facilities maintenance
-Min. Nitec in Building Services, Electrical, Mechanical, Facility Technology or equivalent
-Good working knowledge in building, mechanical & electrical systems
-Able to work on rotating shift, public holidays and weekends
