Job Summary:
We are looking for a customer-focused Front Desk Associate to manage phone inquiries, greet visitors, handle mail and parcels, coordinate with chauffeurs, and maintain the cleanliness of the customer area. Responsibilities also include filing reports and verifying retail transactions. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a positive service attitude, and prior customer service or receptionist experience. Flexibility for overtime and working at different service centers is required.
Key Duties:
-Handle phone calls, general inquiries, and message passing.
-Greet and check in customers, directing them to destinations.
-Manage incoming mails, parcels, and petty cash at the front desk.
-File monthly reports and coordinate chauffeur services.
-Verify and summarize retail transactions for accounts.
-Maintain cleanliness in the customer area.
-Perform other ad-hoc admin tasks as needed.
Key Requirements:
-Min. GCE āNā Level or equivalent
-Min. 1 years experience in related field.
