Work Schedule:
Monday to Wednesday: 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM
Saturday & Sunday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Your Role & Responsibilities
Customer Service & Communication
Be the friendly first point of contact—answer calls, emails, texts, and in-person queries
Follow up with parents and provide clear, helpful information
Assist students with arrival, waiting, and dismissal procedures
Follow up with query leads
Administrative Support
Manage student enrolments, filing, and document preparation
Prepare learning materials and support teachers before and during class
Housekeeping & Safety
Keep all common areas clean and safe during class
Disinfect high-touch surfaces regularly (tables, chairs, stationery, etc.)
Assist younger students with going to the bathroom if needed
Who We Are Looking For
Minimum GCE ‘O’ Levels
Fluent in spoken English and basic spoken Mandarin, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Customer service experience required (any customer-facing role is a plus!)
Friendly, proactive, and organised—you love interacting with people and keeping things running smoothly
