Role Overview:

To create new Menu or Seasonal Specials with food costing knowledge
Preparation & presentation of Nasi Padang dishes for operation.
Maintain consistency in flavor, presentation & portion sizes of all dishes served.
Monitor & Maintain food safety & Cleanliness Standards, ensuring compliance with hygiene standard
Manage on food wastage.

Requirements:

Ability to stand for long periods.
Manage & Maintain Food safety & Halal Standards.
Manage the Food costing & Food wastage.
