Monitor & Maintain food safety & Cleanliness Standards, ensuring compliance with hygiene standard
Manage on food wastage.
Requirements:
Ability to stand for long periods.
Manage & Maintain Food safety & Halal Standards.
Manage the Food costing & Food wastage.
