Responsibilities:
* Assist with food preparation tasks such as washing, cutting, and chopping vegetables, and preparing meats
* Cooking tasks such as cooking tonkatsu, measuring ingredients, monitoring cooking times, and ensuring food is cooked to the appropriate temperature. (To assist main Japanese chef)
* Clean kitchen surfaces and equipment, including countertops, stovetops, ovens, and refrigerators.
* Perform routine cleaning tasks such as mopping floors and taking out the trash.
* Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines and procedures.
