Job Responsibilities:
Radiographers are responsible for providing prompt diagnostic imaging services to the patient, ensuring patient safety and proper care of equipment. Radiographers will assist the Centre In-charge or Principal/Senior Radiographer to guide and supervise junior and student radiographers when required.
Perform general radiographic examinations, including X-ray, ultrasound, bone mineral densitometry, and mammography
Perform other administrative duties or ad-hoc quality departmental projects/activities as assigned by the Reporting Officer/Lead Radiographer
Responsible for general housekeeping of the allocated diagnostic centre
To conduct necessary quality assurance tests before equipment is used on patients
To participates in quality improvement projects that will ensure continuous improvement in quality of work
Provide quality customer service to patients
Ensure compliance with the radiology safety policy
Job Requirements:
Degree in Radiography or Medical Imaging Science from a recognized institution
At least 1 to 3 years’ experience as Radiographer experience from hospital setting only.
Experience in Mammography, Ultrasound and Sonography will be an advantage.
Able to work in fast-paced environment.
