Working Days and Hours: 5.5-day (8am - 4:30pm Staggered Shifts)

Job Responsibilities:
A) Front line counter role
Registration for patient & Appointment booking
Advice patients on the applications available
Handle customer enquiries (patient / family members) - such as appointments, payment, co-ordination of services, etc. via email or phone as required.
Cashiering duties
B) Rotation in the individual consultation room
Provide chaperone assistance and assist in simple clinic procedures in the consultation room
Assist doctors during the review consultation – Customer service / Appointment booking
Handle customer enquiries (patient / family members)
Backend support duties, assist in the clerical and data entry
Job Requirements:
Degree in any disciplines except for science related studies
Able to work in fast-paced environment.
