Work Schedule: 5 Days Work Week (44 hours per week)

Shift Rotation: 8–10 hours per day, based on operational needs
Positions available across ~10 outlets in Singapore

Job Responsibilities:

Supervise, coach, and guide junior team members in daily tasks.
Ensure food quality and consistency through regular checks.
Assist in mise-en-place preparation and food production.
Handle daily tasks such as recording food wastage, ordering, and receiving stock.
Conduct month-end inventory stock checks.
Work with the Kitchen-In-Charge (KIC) to improve kitchen efficiency and workflow.
Ensure team members maintain proper personal grooming and hygiene standards.
Maintain the cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen and equipment.
Perform any other duties assigned by the superior or Senior Management.

Job Requirements:

1–2 years of relevant experience in a restaurant or food service environment.
Higher culinary skills preferred (hot kitchen & café experience preferred).
FSC Certification preferred.
Must be flexible and available to work all assigned shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
Strong teamwork, adaptability, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
